Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-hours notice (more is appreciated). Please call us at 858-264-0251 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $75 fee. But, good news! Anna is willing to put that amount towards your next service with her. If your next appointment is also cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the $75 will be forfeited.
